I've got a big stress !
I just tried to imagine something else, something that represents myself. I've broken my habits... When I listened to some music like
Victoria,
Kâma Victory,
Fvck3rl1ne,
Escape,
Unreal World or of course
Cyberfire Inside and I didn't see how I could compose something better.
So, these last months, I worked on some different formats like EP (
CyberFire Inside,
Sundown Evenings), some different albums and demos (
Take My Hand,
The Night Rebirth) with some commercial releases (
The Other Side,
NaGGa OldSkylerS) and a single
Do It Yourself (Nehoryn VS Nine Inch Nails).
With
Do It Yourself, artistically, technically, huuumstrRrreeeercally, I've done the best that I could bring with one of the best forerunner singer (Trent Reznor) I admire and I don't know... Now, this track is yet forgotten. Hard competition on remix.nin to be seen by the Master or perhaps the hard fan of Nine Inch nails doesn't want anything else but NIN or... Bigbeat is really dead ??? A lot of questions in my disturbed mind...
It was the time to forsaken some habits and influences. Then I worked my own electro-style on a real concept-album. Not an album with a mood by music but someting homogeneous and unique. The album
Golden Hyphen is a bet, a high artistical risk that will change the image of Nehoryn, but I think that is a really good thing :-)
That sounds heavy, downtempo, a beautiful piano with disturbed ambiance, my frenchy voice on a lot of tracks that draw some dark sides of my life... I don't know how, that is a pure musical addiction. Surely the mirror of my fucking own addictions...
